At RO LASCELLES LIFE OF OPULENCE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a 15-day return policy for eligible items.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for size exchange only.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All returns must include original packaging, tags, and the sales receipt or invoice. Failure to include the invoice may result in processing delays.
Please note that items deemed non-eligible will not receive credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygienic reasons, all underwear (e.g., boxer briefs, boy shorts) are considered final sale and are non-returnable. We encourage customers to carefully select their size when purchasing these items.
Return Process, Shipping, and Costs:
To initiate a return, please utilize our online Return Portal.
Securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
All returns must include an order packing slip or a return invoice generated from the online Return Portal, clearly indicating the items being returned. Providing incorrect information may lead to processing delays.
RO LASCELLES LIFE OF OPULENCE does not provide shipping labels for return parcels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may select the carrier of their choice.
RO LASCELLES LIFE OF OPULENCE is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. We recommend retaining your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
Exchange Procedure:
Exchange Method: All approved returns will be processed as an exchange for size. Cash refunds are not available.
Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by our team. An exchange will not be issued if an item is unsellable or does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of your returned item.

RO LASCELLES LIFE OF OPULENCE reserves the right to define, restrict, decline, or reject exchanges from customers under the following circumstances:
A pattern of irregular or excessive exchange activity that suggests "wardrobing" (i.e., purchasing items with the intent to wear and return).
An irregular or excessive history of exchanges involving used, modified, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.
Suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior.
Additionally, we reserve the right to deny service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity for reasons consistent with those stated above.
